We are working with a software company in the creative media industry, seeking a Software Support & QA Specialist to join their headquarters in Palma de Mallorca. This is a varied role involving customer support, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for customer support queries, managing cases via ticketing systems.Troubleshoot software bugs and provide clear guidance to users.Test new features and bug fixes, ensuring high-quality standards before release.Document findings, contribute to user guides, and update knowledge bases.Support sales, training, and implementation teams with product expertise. Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in software testing, QA processes, and first-level support.Familiarity with ticketing and CRM tools such as Jira, Trello, or Freshdesk.Fluent English, with additional languages being an advantage.Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Based in Palma de Mallorca, with flexibility for occasional travel.
