Responsibilities Answering customers by phone and managing expectations.
Schedule tickets with programmers.
You don't have to program yourself, but you can.
Identifying improvements to our processes.
Qualifications You have a high sense of responsibility.
You firmly believe that prevention is better than cure.
You can empathize with customers and colleagues.
You communicate clearly in speech and writing (Dutch and English).
You have an affinity with managing WordPress and/or Laravel websites.
