Support Blade Engineer (M/F/D)

As a member of the Blade Engineering-Operational Support Department, the main task will be working hand in hand with Process and Quality teams ensuring design requirements and helping to develop manufacturing documentation specifically to support blade production plants.In addition, this role requires close collaboration with other departments within Blade Engineering as well as the Blade Service team within an international and multicultural organization.Your TasksAct as an interface between Process/Quality/Production/Service teams and Blade Engineering.Support blade manufacturing plants (remote & on-site).Support the Blade Change Management process.Develop engineering documentation tailored for the wind blades production process.Develop engineering documentation to facilitate quality checks.Your ProfileEngineering Mechanical or equivalent.+3 years' experience in wind blade/composite manufacturing.+3 years' experience in wind blade quality control.Added advantage (not a must):Experience in composite design (Structural/CAD).Familiar with Teamcenter PLM software.Familiar with NX design software.Familiar with AutoCAD software.Blade manufacturing know-how.Minimum 3 years' experience in the wind blade or composite industry.Fluent in English, written and spoken.Motivated to work in an international and multicultural team.Availability to travel.Your BenefitsIn addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:Some offers may vary by location.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
