Responsabilities:
Assist our customers on topic or enquiries related to financial, functional, technical...
Develop good understanding and knowledge of our products, including the specific functions and tools of the casino and games.
Report urgent issue such as downtime and multi-user problems.
Escalate the issues and don't hesitate to beg assistance for the requests that you are not able to solve by him/herself.
Assist the Risk & Fraud Department with checks and processes.
Monitor the activity through offers and campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date with promotions and special offers that we promote to our customers.
Assist in tasks related to marketing campaigns such as translations.
Experience:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Good Computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications.
Strong Administrative skills with high level of attention to detail.
An interest in iGaming or a willingness to learn.
High sense of Customer Service.
Focussed on results and target.
Strong sense of initiative.
Reliable and Team player.
Languages:
Perfect written and fluent spoken of English and German.
