As a Supply Account Manager you will: Manage a portfolio of PublishersAnalyze daily data to detect possible optimizations according to the Tappx KPIsDevelop a deep understanding of Tappx´s KPIs and performance driversBuild strong relationships with publishers: Demonstrate a consultative approach, understanding their business goals and finding ways to help them reach those goals with TappxTroubleshoot incidencesLog all important actions in the CRM (Hubspot)Define a revenue growth strategy for each publisherUpselling current activityAdding new products (apps, webs, formats, Geos)Communicate and assist publishers in implementing these strategiesRepresent Tappx within the Publishers communityGather feedback from the publishers on possible improvements or new features and transmit them to your Team LeaderYour Dream Job Awaits at Techsoulogy!
