FUNCTIONS

Ensure availability of components and raw materials in order to meet the production plan according to the inventory policies of the company. Responsibilities:


Analyze the needs of raw materials and packaging taking into account production planning.Key planning information update (delivery dates, lot sizes, incidents, etc.).Prepare orders to subcontractors, send materials necessary to manufacture/package in the necessary cases and carry out the follow-up collection to ensure the availability of the Finished Product.Medium/long-term rough capacity planning.Stock management.Send Rolling/Forecast according to agreements with suppliers to anticipate future supply needs.Detect and participate in the development of improvements.Requirements: Education: Degree in BA, Economics or Engineering.Experience: At least 3 years having similar responsibilities in supply area.Experience in production environment is a plus.IT tools: SAP, EXCEL, Google Drive.SAP is a must.Languages: Intermediate level of English and Advanced Spanish.Soft Skills: Analytical, organized, modest, team player, hard worker and flexible.
