Place Purchase Orders according to the Purchase Request on behalf of the commodity.
Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch first level of corrective and preventive actions.
Manage inventory and order management expressed with the suppliers.
RESPONSABILITIES: This profession is responsible for coordinating the link between the manufacturing units/stations and the supply and demand population or other manufacturing unit, by ensuring and coordinating the deliveries until the part is available in stock.
They act as an 'interface' between manufacturing customers, program, quality, physical logistics, planning and ordering population within the site and between AIRBUS sites.
Main activities: Interface between procurement and production.
Missing part follow up to coordinate necessary process (escalation).
Analyse and launch necessary action to ensure ODD compliant with aircraft planning and manage priorities.
Collaborate with Airbus procurement to align delay with production needs.
Coordinate traceability issues.
Manage administrative disputes.
Control and update item parameters to ensure data effectiveness in the Information Systems.
Support supplier sites intervention (alert or coordination).
Contribute to MPS decision process.
Stock Management.
Organize shipment of rejected unit when required.
Create RPO and alert SO when required.
Collect necessary information to manage supply action regarding item evolution (MOD).
Follow up QSR and other retrofit IMPROVEMENT.
Propose corrective solution and continuous improvement to improve supply chain flow.
