And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job Description:The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for the evaluation, implementation development of new processes, technologies, and products for CHEP's Southern Europe.
This manager creates, drives, and executes process improvements and development plans and applies technical knowledge and analytical skills to deliver best-in-class solutions that satisfy customer needs in terms of performance, cost, and time to market.
Manages projects and cross-functional team members to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.Major/Key Accountabilities:Manage complex new processes, technology developments, and products service development projects.Work collaboratively with SOEU and European Support team members.Manage project time plans with regular updates and effective communication.Collaboration and management of external technology engineering service providers and external organizations when required.Analyse cost trends and drive supply chain actions to ensure that cost performance is always according to budget and forecast.Analyse Supply Chain performance against KPI objectives in critical areas of health safety, quality, service, production performance, and process improvements.Ensure that every project member continues to drive and achieve the zero harm culture.Drive standardization.Work before, during, and after the implementation of projects to ensure the whole process and minimize ramp-up periods.Manage the change with the different actors.
