This manager creates, drives and executes process improvements and development plans and applies technical knowledge and analytical skills to deliver best in class solutions that satisfy the customer needs in terms of performance, cost and time to market. Manages projects and cross-functional team members to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.Major/Key Accountabilities: Manage complex new processes, technology developments and products & service development projects.Working collaboratively with SOEU and European Support team members.Manages project time plans with regular updates and effective communication.Collaboration and management of external technology & engineering service providers and external organizations when required.Analyse cost trends and drive supply chain actions to ensure that cost performance is always according to budget and forecast.Analyse Supply Chain performance against KPI objectives in critical areas of health & safety, quality, service, production performance and process improvements.Ensure that every project member continues to drive and achieve the zero harm culture.Drives standardization.Works before, during and after the implementation of projects to ensure the whole process and minimizes the ramp up periods.Manages the change with the different actors
