This manager creates, drives and executes process improvements and development plans and applies technical knowledge and analytical skills to deliver best in class solutions that satisfy the customer needs in terms of performance, cost and time to market.
Manages projects and cross-functional team members to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.Major/Key AccountabilitiesManage complex new processes, technology developments and products & service development projects.Work collaboratively with SOEU and European Support team members.Manage project time plans with regular updates and effective communication.Collaborate and manage external technology & engineering service providers and external organizations when required.Analyze cost trends and drive supply chain actions to ensure that cost performance is always according to budget and forecast.Analyze Supply Chain performance against KPI objectives in critical areas of health & safety, quality, service, production performance and process improvements.Ensure that every project member continues to drive and achieve the zero harm culture.Drive standardization.Work before, during and after the implementation of projects to ensure the whole process and minimize the ramp up periods.Manage the change with the different actors
