Are we looking for you?We are looking for a Junior enthusiast to join the Supply Chain and Product Development team.
Your key responsibilities:Supply Chain:Place purchase orders, establish priorities, negotiate prices and validate invoices.Follow up import process and provide required documentation until the physical reception in Barcelona.Implement quality checks and ensure payments are done on time to smoothen the relation with vendors.Lead the implementation of new logistic facilities.Organize the weekly transport route through the different warehouses and laboratories optimizing its cost efficiency and ensuring components are delivered on time and in perfect quality anticipating/solving any potential issue.Control and valuation of budgets for direct and indirect purchases.Negotiation and search of new suppliers (logistics and production).Product Development:Lead the creation of new products, bottles, displays or fragrances.Support on regulatory needs with the expertise of an external buffet.What we need you to bring?2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in Supply Chain or Procurement.Experience in ERP manufacturing modules, ideally Odoo.Excel will be your key team mate. High skills are needed.Structured, Multi Task and self-motivated.Strong proactive mindset combined with a structured way of thinking and organizing.Problem is not in your dictionary.
