Job DescriptionAs Supply Chain Planning Analyst Southern Europe, you will manage a key area for the European Supply Chain organization.
The mission of the role inside the Strategic Planning is to minimize the Supply Chain costs through the timely Supply Chain optimization process, as well as managing cost reduction opportunities across the whole Supply Chain network.
Key Responsibilities:TACTICAL PLANNING: Use Supply Chain and Inventory Management techniques to develop production and transportation plans ensuring high service levels at low cost.Identify & implement relocation flows to guide master planning.Forecast all flows and stocks with the IT Supply Chain Tools.Produce optimal network location and capacity.Build optimal supply plans aligned with PNO.Deliver scenario and contingency planning framework. FORECASTING: Collaborate with sales management team to gather field intelligence regarding customer ordering behaviour.Participate in monthly reviews of demand forecast with Sales, Sales Finance, and Planning managers and directors.Maintain customer forecast profiles. STRATEGIC PLANNING: Be an essential part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process in all its stages.Manage use of CHEP optimization tools to deliver accurate data & reporting.Produce optimal network location and capacity.Track outcomes of short term planning & budget to forecast demand, depict trends and assess variances.Complete ad hoc analysis as required.Identify short, medium and long term opportunities for company direct cost saving and assess their potential impact. What we look for:Bachelors degree, Bachelors Science degree on engineering discipline (preferable) or demonstrated equivalent experience in SC Planning Analysis.Knowledge of BlueYonder, Power BI, SAP.At least 3 years business experience in Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment (Production Planning / Logistics Planning / Procurement Planning / Network Optimization).Advanced experience in Supply Chain Management tools (BlueYonder SAP APO, etc.
), either as a user or consultant.Experience with S&OP and with Sales Forecasting and demand planning. Languages:Spanish, English
Computer Skills:Strong Excel Skills, SAP (ERP + BW / BI), BlueYonder, Power Query, Power BI.
Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent
Preferred Level of Work Experience:1 - 3 years
