ES10061-ESPANA AL AIR LIQUIDE ESPAÑA, S.A.Garantizar el suministro de los productos de gases acondicionados (Packaged Gases) de acuerdo con los procedimientos Operacionales y de Seguridad de AIR LIQUIDE, buscando la eficiencia en el suministro y asegurando la satisfacción de clientes y distribuidores.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Nuestro equipo ibérico de Logística asegura el servicio de entrega de botellas de gases, desde los 10 centros de llenado hacia nuestros numerosos clientes y distribuidores en todo el territorio de España y Portugal.
Cada dispatcher se encarga de una zona geográfica para:
1. LA GESTIÓN DE PEDIDOS
- Gestionar los pedidos de los clientes y distribuidores, asegurando que toda la información necesaria es debidamente transcrita a los Sistemas Informáticos.
- Anticipar e informar las incidencias de suministro por falta de producto comunicando a clientes y distribuidores afectados.
- Gestionar en tiempo real las incidencias (Seguridad y Servicio) con los Conductores y Responsable de Tráfico de la Empresa de Transporte a través de las aplicaciones dispuestas para ello
- Gestionar las entregas urgentes y servicios especiales de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido.
2. LA PLANIFICACIÓN DE RUTAS
- Coordinar diariamente con el Responsable de Logística de Planta la gestión del stock disponible para la programación de las rutas
- Gestionar el reparto del producto disponible a los clientes y distribuidores de acuerdo con las prioridades fijadas para ello.
- Planificar y optimizar las rutas de entrega a clientes y distribuidores con los medios disponibles para el suministro, de acuerdo al Plan de Transporte diseñado para el centro asegurando el cumplimiento de la Reglamentación Vigente, la Normativa de Seguridad AIR LIQUIDE y respetando los Acuerdos Comerciales según contrato
- Análisis continuo de las rutas planificadas (botellas entregadas y kms principalmente)
3.LA GESTIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD
- Dar seguimiento de KPIs de transporte y de nivel de servicio
- Participar activamente en reuniones de seguimiento de la actividad y reuniones de seguridad.
- Participar activamente en acciones de recogida de stocks dormidos en clientes y distribuidores según indicación de S&OP Leader y Stock Controller.
- Participar activamente en garantizar el proceso lleno contra vacío según las reglas establecidas y definir acciones correctivas en conjunto con el RL y los conductores.
- Gestionar en CRM los CASOS y RECLAMACIONES asignados a transporte dePackaged Gases asegurando la satisfacción de Clientes y Distribuidores
- Asegurar de manera continua la fiabilidad de los datos de clientes y distribuidores en el sistema informático

Are you a MATCH? Quieres dedicarte a la Supply Chain y te apasiona la logística?
Eres Ingeniero de Grado quimico, industrial, mecanico, o titulado en ADE, o
Tienes titulo de FP superior y unos años de experiencia.
Has recibido formación en Logística / Supply chain
Hablas ESPAÑOL e INGLES (NECESARIO) / PORTUGUES VALORABLE
Tienes conocimientos de:
-Logística
-ADR / Mercancías peligrosas
-Herramientas de Planificación
-Atención al cliente
-Producción y logística en ámbito industrial
