.General PurposeAs the EOLOS Supply Chain Operation Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimise and manage EOLOS global supply chain operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring efficient and effective coordination.
You will lead our global supply chain, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and cost reduction.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of global supply chain management.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities? Develop and implement the global supply chain strategy aligned with the Company's objectives, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.? Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance supply chain performance and agility.? Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet business goals.? Optimise end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, to achieve cost savings, minimise lead times.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, sales, finance, to align supply chain strategies and ensure seamless integration across departments.? Identify and manage supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and establish robust supplier relationships.? Develop and implement supplier management strategies, including supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance measurement.? Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.? Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and promote long-term partnerships.? Co-own the sub contractor network and directly manage the distribution of parts and spares via this networkData Analysis and Performance Monitoring:? Utilise data analytics and reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.? Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and customer service levels.? Implement systems and processes for real-time visibility of inventory, demand, and supply across the global network.Education and Experience required? Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.? Proven experience (5+ years) in global supply chain management, with a track record of driving process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.? Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others, foster collaboration, and drive change in a matrix organisation
