Supply Chain Manager (H/M/X)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join in one of our clients specialized in home appliance manufacturers located in Paterna, Valencia.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, his/her main responsability will be giving support to Operation director in the following topics: Coordinate & manage Logistics partners: legal agreements, evaluation performance, benchmarking, including mid-term strategic plan for a healthy growth.
Fulfillment and E2E management: Meet customers' orders on time and high standards on quality.
Develop strategies to increase volumes by customer.
Co-work closely with Sales teams to meet needs and develop strategies to increase volumes by customer.
Contact with Head Quarter dept.
to review main KPIs performance and develop action plan.
Logistics cost: develop new strategies, actions to improve & keep improving logistics costs achieving annual budget.
Team management: Develop high performance teams taking care of staff needs and professional career development.
Reporting: Working with Sales / CEOs develop and implement reporting for business management and trend.
Innovation: Continuous update with new Logistics standards & process to get advantage .
Regulations: Control which warranty that Company and partners meet Regulations both local and CE.
Daily business operation: Keep under control daily business operation done by teams and partners.
Requirements: Higher education, engineering or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain department, as a manager, and preferable in the same sector.
Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
Advanced level of Excel.
Preferable with the knowledge of consumer electronics.
