Key job responsibilities - Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements - Set measurable milestones for programs as well as continuous goal setting for ongoing programs - Collect and analyse data to drive decisions and provide business insights - Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs - Manage internal and external stakeholders A day in the life You'll be the key link between a number of teams, including Retail, VX, AF and SupplyChain. That means you'll be close to the day-to-day operations for EU managed sites, but also contribute to new ways to improve processes and holding stakeholders accountable. A typical day will involve meetings with different areas of the business, deep diving into metrics, and looking ahead to request levers for future operational issues. You'll be a source of leadership and support your team to be the best managers they can be. About the team Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team.
