Job ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and optimization of Profit Plan SCM financial figures – providing Bridges/Action plans when required: Inventory, Freight costs, Plant Materials Flow – Indirect Labor, Other Logistics Costs (e.g. external warehouse)Ensure usage/set up of SCM Systems (MMS, SAP, I-net Freight Management…)Supplier Management: Logistics Agreements, Delivery Performance, Packaging, EDI complianceDefine targets and roadmap for Continuous Improvement in agreement with Plant Logistics Manager. Support and ensure the execution of CI Freight defined with Tdesk, including the follow up of Freight/EQU.Regular MMSA (or MMOG) audits and action plans follow up in order to ensure compliance of BOS.Support and review new projects/launches during ramp up period and their stabilization after SOP; including Planning and designing of material flow/logistics.Handover contact for Launch & Costing logistics matrix from PLUS phases 1-2 over to phases 3-5; following the impact of changes in footprint and concepts.Support the BBP and Central initiatives/projects, interface between Central SCM and Plants.Monitor Plant HSE issues/concerns reported regarding SCM: establishing priorities, facilitating solutions, and contacting central SCM and/or HSE when it may impact others.Supervision of local Materials and Logistics organization: headcount, roles and responsibilitiesReview training plans of local Materials & Logistics departments.QualificationsSound knowledge of intermodal traffic because covered in supply chain managementKnowledge of Supply Chain ManagementFormal presentationWritten and verbal communicationOperational planningLeadership skills and ability to influence other functional teamsProblem solvingAnalytical5-8 years work experience in a multinational environmentWe are looking forward to receiving your application including your salary expectations and your earliest availability date.
