About the roleWe're currently recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to join our team here at Kerry in Pinto, south part of Madrid.
We're looking for a candidate with high energy and a strong desire to learn and grow within the business.
The ideal candidate will not only have a knowledge of Supply Chain management but will also display our Kerry values and be enthusiastic about consolidating a good team and collaborating transversally with the other departments.
It is a permanent and full-time position.
Key responsibilitiesAs a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall supply chain strategy for the site and warehouses.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing and delivering agreed Supply Chain KPIs and ensuring process compliance with Kerry's tools.Overseeing a team of 9 direct reports, focusing on both day-to-day management and employee development.Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.Developing, monitoring, and improving KPIs in relevant areas.Suggesting and leading solutions for process improvements.Managing the Supply Chain budget and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers.Coordinating the efficient purchase of raw materials (both national and imported) to ensure timely and accurate execution against the production plan.Managing end-to-end inventory and stock control, including SKU rationalization decisions.Updating and developing policies and procedures with a focus on operational efficiencies through data quality and process standardization.Managing day-to-day master data management activities across a virtual global organization.Facilitating New Product Introductions by providing expertise and functional support related to SAP material master setup, workflow management, and issue escalation.Qualifications and skillsIdeally, candidate will be qualified to degree level.
