Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, controlling, and overseeing supply chain activities. You will manage and lead the Supply Chain and Logistics teams, ensuring the effective execution of the supply chain strategy and the efficient management of operations.

Job Description

What you will do:
Accountable for effective warehousing, logistics and control tower operations that ensure accurate stock control and fulfilment to agreed SLA'sManages Logistics services sourcing activities and manages operational and financial relationships with Logistics 3rd parties.Optimizes storage and transport of inventory across Colt (including non-European locations)Develops operational inventory management models with Logisitics 3rd parties and local operational teams to support efficient equipment delivery.Manages the operational delivery of inventory into the Investment Recovery Process for revenue partners (for the sale of recovered equipment not being re-used)Ensures accurate accounting and control processes are maintained and audited regularly. This is primarily stock accuracy in colt's ERP compared to the 3PL WMS, end of Year stock counting programme and ERP timely transactions.Establishes and manages key stakeholder and supplier relationships, both externally and internally. Liaises with all stakeholders to ensure operational supply chain elements are communicated and managedMonitors and reports on Logistics KPIs, driving action to correct issues arisingEnsures processes and tools are continually optimized and documented.Manages through own staff, local or 3PL support, Set down area stock accuracy.Ensures field partners that carry out logistics services comply with supply chain processes and procedures.Provides supply chain ERP system requirements and contributes towards user testing and is accountable for implementation within the team.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 Years experience in a supply chain and / or a field service operational environment.Ability to manage a team across multiple countries and communicate clearly in EnglishAbility to negotiate at a senior management level with suppliers and colt peers.Excellent analytical skillsHigh personal standards in terms of integrity / TrustSelf-motivated with inner drive and determinationFlexible and proactive attitudeStrong team player, good inter-personal skill to deal with all levelsLeadership with good communication to set clear direction and influencing skills to drive team members to achieve objectives/goalsCustomer Service attitude and skills#LI-LB1
