DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Compliance
- Work is not remote, minimum 3 days/week in the office (Krakow-based)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead activities around the Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements related to human rights and the environment.Implement SCM Compliance process, performance metrics, and operating framework to ensure meeting all Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements and drive Supply-chain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda.Develop and implement process documentation as relevant for SCM Compliance risk assessment activity and legal reporting requirements (e.g., German Supply Chain Act, Conflict Minerals).Build the brand value of the SCM Compliance team among stakeholders and ensure regular connections with key stakeholders.Mix of management and self-directed tasks.BASIC REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or similar (R).Fluent English language in speech and writing (R).Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time (R).Accurate, analytical, and process-driven way of working (R).Very good communication and presentation skills (R).Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and passion to learn (R).Problem-solving skills (R).Ability to work independently and manage the project(s) (R).Performance and management reporting experience (P).Knowledge in developing and implementing processes and procedures (P).Interested in Lean and continuous improvement (P).Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships (P).Product Quality, engineering process knowledge (P).Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Table/Filters/Formulas (Vlookup/If/Or/And/Conditional formatting/Charts) and PowerPoint, including data visualization.
