DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Compliance • Work is not remote, minimum 3 days/week in the office (Krakow-based) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead activities around the Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements related to human rights and the environment, • Implement SCM Compliance process, performance metrics, and operating framework to ensure meeting all Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements and drive Supply-chain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda.
• Develop and implement process documentation as relevant for SCM Compliance risk assessment activity and legal reporting requirements (eg.
German Supply Chain Act, Conflict Minerals) • Build the brand value of the SCM Compliance team among stakeholders and ensure regular connections with key stakeholders.
• Mix of management and self-directed tasks BASIC REQUIREMENTS: ( R – required ; P - preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or similar (R) • Fluent English language in speech and writing ( R) • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time ( R) • Accurate, analytical, and process-driven way of working ( R) • Very good communication and presentation skills ( R) • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and passion to learn ( R) • Problem solving skills ( R) • Ability to work independently and manage the project(s) ( R) • Performance and management reporting experience ( P) • Knowledge in developing and implementing processes and procedures ( P) • Interested in Lean and continuous improvement ( P) • Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships ( P) • Product Quality, engineering process knowledge ( P) • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g.
