Responsibilities: Creating purchase requests for exports (air, sea, and land shipments).
Tracking lead times with freight forwarders to streamline our operations and maintain on-time deliveries.
Generating invoices for international customs to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
Managing documentation for merchandise imports to different geographical locations.
Resolving IDocs and controlling batches in SAP to ensure smooth operations.
Verifying FedEx shipment marking and labeling.
Checking and managing invoices from various suppliers.
Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to synthesize complex data and resolve issues.
Adaptation to change.
Requirements: Possibility to sign a university agreement and join full time for at least 6 months.
This is mandatory.
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
Spanish and English (fluent, C1).
French is a plus.
Office 365, SAP.
Previous experience in supply chain is valuable.
