But one thing is for sure - it's going to be a fun ride!The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?**The role**As Supply Chain Lead you will be responsible for ensuring that the spare parts needed for field jobs and customer requests are timely delivered, in good condition, at the expected costs, and that distributed warehouses and inverse logistics processes are correctly executed**You will**:Creates and follows up spare parts deliveries and returns in Netsuite and Salesforce, for our field representatives, customers and partners.- Works closely with the Logistics department to implement the needed systems,tools and processes required by Services- Ensures the different distributed warehouses worldwide are well stocked- Runs regular analysis for spare parts consumption to update safety stocks, reorder points and warehouse locations- Provides customers and internal departments with updated information on deliveries and shipment status- Proactively checks and solves delivery issues, providing customers and internal stakeholders with updated information on priority shipments- Helps identify tools and processes to improve our supply chain offer and meet market demands- Actively monitor KPIs and SLAs- Reports supply chain costs**Requirements**:- Technical background- Min
