Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Provide Financial analysis insights and support to Supply Chain Leadership & Regional Supply Chain teams.
Major / Key Accountabilities:Drive the production of Regional standard and ad-hoc Finance analysis related to Supply Chain to serve internal customers and fulfil service levels.Leading planning processes of Supply Chain for different scenarios.Undertake the execution of projects in the region to guide Supply Chain teams.Liaise with Transformation Office and BPs to support on initiatives tracking using Wave as defined tool.Drive the delivery of decision support outputs to guide Supply Chain function and BPs.Support SC leaders on Overheads planning and monitoring.Perform and deliver on special requests from Supply Chain stakeholders. Key Internal Contacts:Regional Supply Chain Leads/ManagersFinance BPsFP&AControllership Supply Chain Finance Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or certified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, CPA). Experience:3+ years of Finance experience preferably for complex multinational businesses, with Supply Chain Finance expertise. Skills and Knowledge:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Established financial, Supply Chain and strategic analysis skills.Base level financial modeling skills (DCF Analysis, scenario analysis, business case development, business valuations, and operational modelling).Commercial acumen with demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems.Advanced Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable the effective management of stakeholders.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deadlines and without supervision.
