Supply Chain Director

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and sales) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Oversee the demand forecasting process to meet production requirements and optimise inventory levels.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar supply chain leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
