Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: The purpose of the role is to take over the new responsibilities and tasks generated by the smart pallets implementation (RAD) in the region and become the digital expert for all new processes. This position is accountable for the implementation and management of digitized assets which will include the training of personnel, inventory management, repairing of digitized devices as well as general support of future deployments.
Major/Key Accountabilities:Perform all digital activities in the ops room of the plant: inspection and condition devices.Manage RAD deployments in the Region in cooperation with the project leader.Report and action operational KPI's: inventory, activity conformance, cost.Manage the pool inventory: number of devices in the field, in the plants, in the ops room.Become the digital expert for all the activities in the region: deployments, device condition, IM database, Brix platform.Monitor the digital activity in the ops room and scanner's locations in the network.Monitor the collection ratio of all the regions of influence.Train new staff in the region on the processes to be applied.Suggest process improvements for digital activities.Manage devices interception and shipment across the region.Manage spare parts vendor and inventory.Manage the new devices importation into EU according to business requirements.Support the region for all digital issues and liaise with BXB. Experience:Experience with IT environment and electronic components.Experience coordinating activities across different teams remotely.Experience training and supporting others.Experience with hand work repairing small parts.Experience in stock inventory.Experience in KPI's reporting and action plan development. Skills and Knowledge:Fluency in Spanish and English.KPI reporting.Cooperating with others remotely.Organization and housekeeping.Process and quality process knowledge.Ability to work with small parts and hand tools.Average computer knowledge.IT basic knowledge.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Trouble solving capability.Continuous improvement experience, Kaizen knowledge.Supply Chain knowledge: operations, planning and logistics.
