As we continue to grow,we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Water Management team in the EMEA region.Position:Customer Service Representative - EMEA Water ManagementAbout your position:Order Management - Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.- Coordinate with internal and external teams (such as Sales, Warehousing, Suppliers) to meet customer demand and fundamental KPIs.- Monitor order status, organize and track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.- Liaise with Customer Service to follow up on orders to suppliers and from customers.Supplier Management - Collaborate closely with the Purchasing and Finance teams to select, onboard and manage suppliers.- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance regularly.- Resolve any supplier-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.- Share any potential issues with the BD/Sales Team that may create disruptions.- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.Supplier Relationships - Foster positive relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and mutual understanding.- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding changes in demand, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.- Work together with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings (Incoterms, packaging etc.).Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.- Optimize inventory turnover by implementing effective inventory control practices through our ERP system (D365).- Create, maintain, update and follow up on individual SKUs' safety stocks.- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient storage.Database Maintenance & Internal Coordination - Create and maintain new items and existing items in our ERP system (D365).- Align with Sales on any promotional activities.- Coordinate shipments from all regions with the Logistics department.About your expertise:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, customer service or inventory management.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in using supply chain software and tools.- English language at professional level is mandatory; Spanish and other European languages will be a plus.Contact for this position: Elisabet Llord, Fijaciones Norma, SAUC/ Narcís Monturiol, 116-118, 08902, Hospitalet de Llobregat - BCN (Spain)
