Region: MED > SBU MED Service > MED S.EMEA SCO Supply Chain Coordination
The Supply Chain Coordination Department is responsible for the distribution of spare parts, dealing with providers and transport ensuring the flow of materials along the supply chain and coordinate and facilitate the operations with other departments to make sure our internal clients receive on time at lower cost the materials they need to operate.
Responsibilities: Order spare parts in the MED region with a focus on the Western Cluster region (Spain/Portugal/Cape Verde/France/Morocco/Senegal).
Work closely with Service, Construction, Forecast & Planning, Quality, Transport, Sourcing and Procurement team, Finance, etc., to handle end-to-end material flow and optimize supply chain.
Handle internal purchase orders and order confirmations.
Follow-up priority orders.
Coordinate with Transport team and follow up ETA/deliveries and cost out initiatives.
Follow-up on exceptions in the MRP.
Coordinate regular meetings with planners/schedulers to align demand vs deliveries.
Coordinate with Category Management teams in Sourcing.
Coordinate regular meetings with internal and external Warehouses to improve delivery performance.
Coordinate with Shared Delivery Center Teams to be supported on the MED Region.
Coordinate with SCR Planning Team for inventory optimization (Inventory Turnover and Safety Stocks definitions).
Coordinate with Repair Team to optimize REN utilization and lower Service operation costs.
Implement cost out initiatives to improve end-to-end supply chain (Material/Warehousing/Time/etc).
Qualifications: Relevant educational background with a minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management.
Language: Spanish/Portuguese/English both oral and written.
IT skills: MS-office, ERP-system SAP R/3.
Logistic experience as Transport or Procurement or Warehouse.
Competencies: Team-oriented person and cooperative personality.
Motivated and autonomous.
Responsible and systematic.
Clear communication and structured in reports.
