Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst - Transportation Apply
About the role The role designs, develops, and implements technological solutions within the area of supply chain processes, especially in transportation. It follows a data-driven approach and enables reporting methods. Functions as an internal consultant regarding the needs and requirements of distribution operations and improvement of transportation execution.

What will you do Works on standardization and enhancement initiatives of process and technology to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and insight on tools such as TMS BlueYonder, Transporeon, JIRA Atlassian, RPA solutions, and PowerBI. Participates in the simplification, standardization, and automation of processes within Transportation. Identifies, analyzes, designs, and implements core business processes improvements driving cost savings and higher service levels to improve overall Transportation process performance. Executes global Distribution Sourcing events (e-bidding events, tariff reviews). Acts as an internal consultant in Supply Chain by providing guidance and solutions in Transportation Execution and Reporting. Provides guidance on process management and coaches Central Control Tower and Regional Distribution to adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset. Who you are 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain with understanding of end-to-end delivery. University degree in Engineering. Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions. Innovative and leadership capabilities, requiring strategic thinking and foresight. Skilled communicator and fast learner with capacity for autonomous self-management and management of projects/initiatives. SQL (or similar) coding knowledge and experience in analytics (Power BI or similar) will be valued. Previous experience with transport management software is a plus (ideally TMS BlueYonder and/or Transporeon) or other management ERPs (such as SAP, JIRA Atlassian, RPA).
