Your analytical skills will streamline and enhance operations.Facilitate workshops: Organize and facilitate client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges. Your collaborative approach ensures we understand their goals and obstacles clearly.Strategize with clarity: Gather essential information with a keen focus on what matters. You'll keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, avoiding unnecessary details.Co-create solutions: Collaborate with clients to design the concept book, detailing innovative new processes and organizational changes. Together, we'll create a blueprint for success.Coordinate implementation: Support the entire process, ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.Your profileYou see yourself thriving in the world of value chain transformation based on your experiences: You have been involved in improvement projects or may have been responsible for specific tasks or deliverables within projects, and thus you have contributed to project planning, execution, or monitoring of project progress. You have preferably 2 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role such as inventory analyst, E2E planner, S&OP planner, Production Scheduler, Warehouse Manager, and Logistics Manager. You have a basic understanding but above all interest in supply chain tools and have worked with an ERP. You don't shy away from some data analytics. You're passionate about supply chain and operations, staying updated on the latest trends and developments.Above all, we believe in your potential which you are eager to show us: You are a strong problem solver with a fast analytical mindset.
