Your role is essential to governance and step changes in material planning capabilities.
You will lead improvement & breakthrough projects to deliver value and impact to the Perfumery organization.
Your key responsibilities: Lead & deliver projects on time against defined milestones.
Effectively align and influence organizational objectives and demonstrate cross-functional leadership.
Develop and implement advanced supply models, governance policies, and material efficiency optimization.
Partner with leadership to enable actionable strategies, fostering team collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.

You bring: More than 8 years' experience in transformations, project management, and process improvement preferably in SC consulting, industrial or FMCG supply chain.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Python, PowerBI, and master-level skills in Excel.
Expertise in APS and ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC, Kinaxis.
Exceptional skills in project management.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
