As part of the Operations team, you are the analytic and execution hands of YABA products and brands. You will be working hand-in-hand with YABA's supply chain managers, demand planners, sourcing managers, third party logistics and freight forwarders providers. Ultimately, your objective is to give support to our brands and ensure that the supply chain works perfectly so that our products continue to impact the end consumer.
Our goal is to manage the supply chain of our brands, being responsible for the following areas: Purchasing, Production, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Transportation, Customs, and Warehouse Management.
Be part of the team for the onboarding process of new brands
Create and keep updated the Supply Chain department SOPs and records
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Order and inventory management
Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, incidents)
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Deal with customs offices
Operate brands through our ERP system
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Minimum of 2 languages spoken fluently, level C1 (English + another European language1). Any additional language is a plus, level B2 (Spanish, German, French,, Italian)….
Database management skills using tools such as excel and sql
