Supply Chain Analyst Demand Planner

Responsibilities: Responsible for both FG and raw material demand planningClosely coordinates with supply chain planner and materials planner for FG & raw material inventory allocation and consumptionDevelops an unconstrained baseline demand plan per material based on historical consumption and utilization and projected requirementsCapture, consolidate, analyze and challenge demand plans from various sources in preparation for the demand discussions with various stakeholdersResponsible for a 12-month rolling forecast analysisLeads project forecasting based on project pipeline reviews with appropriate teamsMonitor demand plan accuracy, analyze forecast errors and define corrective actionsComprehensively uses available Supply Chain tools/applications and analyzes data and statistics to review demand plansManages demand in times of supply constraints, communicating demand allocation or postponement strategies to stakeholdersTogether with Supply Planning, maintain inventory levels meeting cash flow targetsDrives S&OP for demand and supply analysis of issues and risks as well as coordination of action itemsRegularly analyze KPI's eg forecast accuracy and propose actions to improve performance of operation.Closely monitor supply issues (out-of-stock, bottlenecks, over stock etc) and identify impact in demandRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Business AdministrationMinimum of 3 years related experience in supply chain management is a mustFamiliarity in planning different SCM scenarios (make to order, make to stock)Must be a self-starter, with good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workKnowledgeable in planning systemExcellent excel userHighly motivated, structured and able to handle stressful situationsStrong in troubleshooting, problem solving and high degree of proactivityResult orientedProficiency in oral and written English languages an advantageStrong communication and influencing skillsStrong team playerAbility to collaborate effectively with team membersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company eventsFlexible scheduleFree parkingHealth insuranceOn-site parkingOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:13th month salaryExpected Start Date: 08/05/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
