Our core values: care, courage, curiosity, and collaboration - combined with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities - are key drivers in our aim to empower everyone to create sustainable solutions.This position reports to:Global Quality ManagerYour role and responsibilities:In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role contributes to the Supplier Quality area in the Mobile Robotics division in Spain. Main stakeholders are Suppliers, Supply Chain, R&D, and Process Engineering departments. You will be mainly accountable for:Driving the approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.Leading in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.Working together with buyers to engage suppliers and prepare claims cases when necessary.Ensuring required supplier development processes are thoroughly executed to drive continuous improvement of the supplier base.Qualifications for the role:You are highly skilled in supplier quality management. You enjoy working with problem-solving and corrective action techniques (e.G., 8D) and process audits.Ability to demonstrate your experience in Supplier Quality Management with at least 3 years of experience in industrial sectors (e.G., Automotive).Possess enhanced knowledge of performing supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, as well as actively participating in strategic development based on quality control plans.You are passionate about the management of the supply chain, serving as the liaison for suppliers, suggesting structural quality and process improvements, and collaborating with other engineers in a team environment.Degree in Engineering/Science.You are at ease communicating, motivating suppliers, and promoting internal improvements.You hold a current driving license valid in Spain and a Schengen work visa.What's in it for you?Flexibility: we have hybrid work options, make the best out of them!Evolve in your career: through training and our Open Job Market, your career development continues!Feel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of action
