How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for an electrical engineer, with experience in quality and factory (in a production process) who will:
Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.
Advise business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.
Ensure and implement quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
Analyze working environment and propose improvements to management.
Keep abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
Drive and coach unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
Contribute to budget planning processes.
Train employees in a specific quality area.
Coordinate a group of quality related staff without leading the team.
Ensure effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarify issues.
What You Need to Make a Difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
You are an engineer.
You have excellent communication skills in English (C1).
You have experience in quality and production processes.
You have experience in the application of problem-solving tools: 8D Methodology, Kaizen, control plan, FMEA, SPC.
3-5 years of work experience.
You are an organized person.
