What you will be doing as a Supplier Manager at RS You will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation maintain our position as first choice for both suppliers and customers by playing a part in the development and execution of our EMEA category strategy in Iberia. We will look to you to engage and collaborate with our supplier partners across all levels of their organisations, manage expectations and deliver business plans to drive incremental sales and margin growth. Though you will be meeting with suppliers every week, you will also spend time with our customers to uncover opportunities and ensure we remain customer centric. In addition, you will work cross-functionally to align the EMEA strategy with our Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory and Pricing teams, amongst others. Your focus will be to extract as much value from our suppliers as possible to help support our Commercial, Product and Service offer and work closely with our sales community to gather market intelligence.
