We are looking for a Supplier Contract Management Coordinator who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.
This role includes managing support teams across all regions, working closely with selected vendors, and ensuring the successful onboarding and support of new and existing applications.
The position requires a strong focus on ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and it involves extensive collaboration with regional support teams and business leads to define support packages and manage vendor contracts effectively.
The coordinator will also be responsible for consulting on contract usage, standardizing support practices, and managing cross-application incidents and problem resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Global Support Team Management: Manage support teams across various regions, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery aligned with organizational goals.Vendor Coordination: Work closely with selected vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms, and manage vendor relationships to optimize support services.Application Onboarding and Support: Lead the onboarding of new applications from different domains and projects, and manage the ongoing support of existing applications to maintain high performance and reliability.SLA Fulfillment: Monitor and ensure that all support activities adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), implementing improvements where necessary to meet performance targets.Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional support teams to define support packages that meet specific regional needs.Support/Project Meetings: Conduct regular meetings related to support and project management to review progress, address issues, and plan future actions.Contract Consulting: Provide guidance on contract utilization and the development of standardized support processes within the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.Management Reporting: Develop and present management reports on support activities, performance metrics, vendor compliance, and other key operational aspects.Incident/Problem Coordination: Coordination of cross-application incidents and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimize impact on business operations.Communication Standards: Define and implement communication standards to facilitate clear and efficient collaboration between support teams, vendors, and business leaders.Collaboration with Business Leads: Work closely with domain and business leaders to align support activities with business objectives and project requirements. SKILLS: Education: A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with varying levels of experience based on education:
Master's degree: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Associate degree: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Alternatively, at least 4 years of relevant Business or IT experience instead of a formal degree. Experience & Skills: Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing IT applications and vendor contracts.Strong knowledge and experience with computer software systems, including CRM-related applications (experience with Veeva or Salesforce.com is a plus).Experience in managing and coordinating support teams in a global or regional context.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.Fluent English. SCHEDULE: 08/09h - 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
