If so, the HelloPrint adventure is waiting for you!As a new member of the Traffic Team, you will be the vital link in Valencia between customer service, our network of 400 suppliers, and 40 carrier partners across 20 countries.
You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.The Traffic Team is the support hub for all our suppliers and carriers.
You'll be the direct point of contact for various daily operational requests, including incorrect files, delayed orders, machine malfunctions, system errors, complaints, and other issues.Your role is essential for the seamless execution of daily tasks.
You'll communicate delayed orders with suppliers and customers, ensure partner performance meets our high standards, handle returned orders, and manage manual pickups.
Additionally, you'll tackle urgent issues as they arise within our supply chain.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being at the center of operations with significant responsibility in Europe's largest marketplace for customized products, this is the perfect job for you!What will you do?Start your day at 8:00 am by checking the list of delayed orders and updating suppliers about their order statuses.Enter orders manually and fix any mistakes for suppliers who don't use our automated systems yet.Monitor supplier performance closely and address any issues with them to maintain high standards.Assist the customer service teams by handling their inquiries about order statuses, delivery concerns, and any order-related issues.Handle returned orders and quickly solve any logistic problems to keep things running smoothly.Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from our producers to make sure logistics run smoothly.Manage all complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them.Work with the team to improve our systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints.What are we looking for?Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential.
