Supervisory Supply Management Specialist

Position DescriptionYou will serve as a Supervisory Supply Management Specialist in the Naval Supply Systems Command of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA Rota, Spain.Selectee will be a plant manager responsible for inventory accuracy and oversight for a Navy Working Capital Funded (NWCF) plants located at Naval Station Rota, Spain.Selectee will require in depth experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesYou will validates all physical inventory discrepancies of stock material and maintains statistical controls.You will ensure goals and/or objectives are properly aligned and consistent with detachment's program needs and that they meet NAVSUP, and Inventory Integrity Standards NAVSUP P-723 requirements.You will review procedures in all areas affecting inventory accuracy, including receipt processing, requisition processing, physical inventory functions such as inventory counts, causative research, and inventory adjustment/reversals.You will study metrics, analyzes data, and develops reports regarding fleet performance, procedures, and practices as well as analysis and evaluation of effectiveness for Inventory Management and Inventory Accuracy.You will expedite material via OneTouch/Item manager contacts, reports inventory/levels to NAVSUP WSS Buyers, accesses DLA/AMPS to update records/perform disposals, process MOV in OneTouch.You will compile reports in response to audit, inspection and other requests.You will participate in planning meetings, determining system requirements and design reviews, attending special board reviews, or logistics in-process review conferences.You will serve as Deputy for Integrated Logistics Support Division.Pay PlanGSTelework EligibleYes
