Who are we looking for: As a Site Inspection and Quality Assurance Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality assurance processes for all construction projects within Alfamart Trading Philippines.
You will ensure that construction activities comply with company standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain the integrity of the project and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work, materials, and adherence to design specifications and standards.
Ensure compliance with Alfamart's quality assurance policies, safety regulations, and local building codes throughout all stages of construction.
Identify defects or deviations from approved plans and specifications, and work with contractors and site teams to implement corrective actions.
Review and approve construction documents, including project plans, quality control checklists, and inspection reports.
Manage the quality assurance by monitoring material tests, structural inspections, and on-site construction methods.
Provide detailed reports on site inspection findings, quality performance, and any issues that require immediate attention to ensure project continuity.
Ensure that all safety standards and protocols are strictly adhered to, conducting safety audits as needed.
What does it take to be part of the team?
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or in a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, site inspection, or construction supervision within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control techniques, and local building regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site quality challenges.
Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with contractors, site teams, and internal departments.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inspection reports, quality documentation, and corrective actions.
Proficiency in quality control and project management software, as well as MS Office applications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites.
