The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.Location:LaminoriaRole Purpose:Assist the maintenance manager to optimise maintenance activities mechanically and/or electrically to achieve the service level and the efficiency required and ensure all the activities are performed in a safe way according to Sibelco's policy, guidelines, and values.Responsibilities:Execute maintenance activities on the site according to the Operational Excellence Principle. Continuously communicate with production management to ensure maintenance activities are performed in a timely manner and the production downtime is limited to a minimum. Daily control of the site to identify maintenance issues and ensure important issues are handled as a priority. Follow up on the maintenance program (planned/preventive/predictive strategy).Perform activities to fulfil the set of predefined KPIs, i.E., quality and quantity.Advise the Technology department on the setup and execution of new processes and/or technologies. Participate in project groups. Advise engineers based on practical/theoretical knowledge of the processes.Follow up the spare part strategy for all maintenance-related stock and manage correctly the spare part warehouse.
