Supervisor Maintenance LaminoriaSibelco is a global material solutions company. Role Purpose: Assist the maintenance manager to optimise maintenance activities mechanically and/or electrically to achieve the service level and the efficiency required and ensure all activities are performed safely according to Sibelco's policy, guidelines and values.
Responsibilities: Execute maintenance activities on the site according to the Operational Excellence Principle. Continuously communicate with production management to ensure maintenance activities are performed in a timely manner and the production downtime is limited to a minimum. Daily control of the site to identify maintenance issues and ensure important issues are handled as a priority. Follow up on the maintenance program (planned/preventive/predictive strategy).Perform activities to fulfil the set of predefined KPIs, i.e. quality and quantity.Advise the Technology department on the setup and execution of new processes and/or technologies. Participate in project groups. Advise engineers based on practical/theoretical knowledge of the processes.Follow up the spare part strategy for all maintenance-related stock and manage correctly the spare part warehouse. Advise the warehouse supervisor on what to keep in stock and control stock.Initiate, participate and advise in projects to improve the production installations and the overall process.Apply the prescribed safety rules, execute LMRA and ensure the maintenance team performs their activities safely and healthily.About you: Technical degree in mechanics or electronics or equivalent by experience.Prior experience in a supervisor role.English – read and comprehend.But most importantly, if you embrace our core values, and if this role sparks your enthusiasm to apply your passion to contribute in a meaningful way as a part of Sibelco's team of unique talents within a diverse international business community, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.
