Responsibilities: - Control and coordination of the lines of the different manufacturing shifts, ensuring compliance with KPIs in terms of occupational safety, quality, service and cost. - Report documents on the status of production line such as performance, problem, improvement, issue, all KPI etc - Responsible for continuous improvement processes. Proposal and execution of process improvement and corrective actions, to deviations from the process. - Lead and develop your team. - Identify and implement productive improvements based on Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, standardization, high-performance meetings) - Plan, lead and monitor the execution of projects related to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing, coordinating and supervising the tasks to be executed. - Maintain an efficient and safe work environment, promoting cooperation and mutual respect. position requisites Formación: Ingeniero Superior Idiomas: Inglés: B2 Conocimientos: ¿ Dominio del paquete office (nivel avanzado de MS Excel imprescindible) Experiencia: 3 años - At least five years of experience in similar position. - Education: Engineering - Decisive person, with high analytical, proactive and results-oriented capacity. - High leadership skills and team leadership. - Advanced Lean Manufacturing Knowledge. - Preferred for English speaker. - Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations. your benefits Full time permanent employment. 8:00 to 17:00.
