Role Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with procedures and standards.Ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries and cost.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor´s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, chemical or related engineering.3 to 5 years as production supervisor.Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards.Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration).Lean manufacturing: 5S, knowledge and shedding of seedling, GEMBA, Scaling process, Kaisen.Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, hour per hour, andon system).Experience using problem solving tools, A3, Ishikawa, why-why, etc.Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).Management of KPIs in the area, production control, scrap, WIP control.Knowledge of tools for quality management (Scrap, PPM).Preferred Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated.Ability to influence others.Drive for results.
