Taking care of our employees means empowering them to achieve their own success, which is why we encourage our teams to take charge of their careers.In this position you will manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization who belong to the EPU.In this position you will:Manage manufacturing activities.Be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting.Be responsible for the industrial process hand-over from methods to manufacturing.Be responsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections).Assign tasks to operators' workload.Perform optimizations of the workstation/work center using KPIs.Line balancing.As our ideal candidate:Engineering degree.5 years of experience.Previous experience in a similar position.Welding Process - GMAW, GTAW.Spot welding.Symbols.Basic English.Alstom is a global company where our people vision and values embrace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
