What You Will Do: The Supervisor de Parques Eólicos will play a key role focused on overseeing the execution of asset maintenance.
Main Responsibilities: Supervise and review the operational performance of the assets according to agreed KPIs for availability, downtime causes, and efficiency parameters (power curves, solar performance indices).
Participate in investigating low equipment performance issues and propose improvement initiatives including service providers.
Conduct site visits/inspections according to the agreed annual program to validate conditions, performance/compliance with health, quality, and environmental standards, and the status of key improvement initiatives.
Participate in the investigation and "Root Cause Analysis" of significant incidents and/or failures.
Support the business development function regarding technical aspects and asset performance related to new facility development opportunities.
Monitor Predictive Reports of the facilities.
Manage and direct the maintenance activities of the park.
Monitor the economic budget of the assets.
Conduct feasibility studies, risks, and costs of various solutions considered for each project.
Report on service progress in the area, anticipating unforeseen events and potential deviations.
Represent the company before different local authorities and others.
What We Are Looking For: Higher Education or Degree in Technical or Engineering areas.
5 years of experience in the operational area of renewable assets.
Person with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working in a team or independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with process improvements.
Advanced computing skills including Excel and Word.
Knowledge of wind, solar, and thermosolar technologies.
