Supervisor Commercial Supervisor - Andorra La Vella - (Pj-315)

- Coordinate and deploy the commercial plan for our products, including Smoke-Free Products (SFP) and conventional cigarettes.
- Ensure the deployment of all commercial operations and necessary infrastructure in both Direct and Indirect channels.
- Deploy the visibility strategy for Indirect and Direct Retail Channels, ensuring good brand adaptation and considering the needs of the Andorra market.
- Deploy the trade engagement programs and retail segmentation.
- Develop and maintain commercial tools to support the organization.

Qualifications:
- You have a university degree.
- You are fluent in English (C1 Level) and Spanish.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented and creative problem solver.
- More than 5 years in a FMCG Company, ideally in the commercial operations department.
- Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (C1).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid EU work permit.
