- Coordinate and deploy the commercial plan for our products, including Smoke-Free Products (SFP) and conventional cigarettes.- Ensure the deployment of all commercial operations and necessary infrastructure in both Direct and Indirect channels.- Deploy the visibility strategy for Indirect and Direct Retail Channels, ensuring good brand adaptation and considering the needs of the Andorra market.- Deploy the trade engagement programs and retail segmentation.- Develop and maintain commercial tools to support the organization.Qualifications:- You have a university degree.- You are fluent in English (C1 Level) and Spanish.- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented and creative problem solver.- More than 5 years in a FMCG Company, ideally in the commercial operations department.- Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (C1).- Excellent communication skills.- Valid EU work permit.Philip Morris Andorra is seeking motivated individuals to join our commercial team.
