Tasks Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Support classroom activities, including circle time, arts and crafts, storytime, outdoor play, and more. Create a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can explore, experiment, and develop their curiosity. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and positive classroom community. Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones, and contribute to progress reports for parents. Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, addressing their individual needs and interests. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom that encourages learning and creativity. Requirements Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology or a related field. Genuine passion for working with young children (10 months - 4 years old) and helping them thrive in a learning environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with children, and colleagues. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing preschool setting. Eager to receive guidance and feedback from experienced educators to continuously improve teaching abilities.
