SuccessFactors Consultant with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Off and SFSF Employee Central specialisms combined with functional specification, requirements gathering, running workshops, design, and configuration skills is required to drive the end-to-end implementation of SFSF Time Management Implementations projects for large, world-leading HR technology consultancy at the forefront of SAP Cloud HXM/HR Digital/cloud transformation. Salary Circa 50-60k + Benefits.
This remote role is based in Spain, but you can also work hybrid from Madrid, Barcelona, or Granada.
Key skills required for the SuccessFactors Consultant Time Management Consultant: Sound skills in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
SFSF Time Management implementations, including the majority of Employee Central time functions, Time Off, Time Tracking, and Time Sheet modules.
Experience in SuccessFactors Time implementations with functional consultancy and configuration skills.
Desirable skills would include functional experience supporting clients with SFSF / SAP integrations.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience in requirements capture/running workshops/business processes and contributing to the Solution Design to ensure the solution meets the client's needs.
Certifications in any other SuccessFactors modules will be an advantage.
Strong skills in Stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities for the SuccessFactors Consultant Time: Working within the Spanish SAP Practice focused on implementing SAP SuccessFactors for Enterprise Spanish Customers.
Functional consulting role in gathering the requirements / functional specification, solution design, configuration, and alignment of deliverables for the SuccessFactors Time Management implementation and ensuring and guiding the project team to implement the solution to the appropriate standards.
Ensure the configuration, use and deployment of the SFSF Time Management/time off modules in the project are up to standard.
Provide project deliverables and objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project.
Mentoring and coaching the delivery team to ensure the progress of the project.
